Exchanges and Refunds:
We do not offer an exchange service. All returns must follow the guidelines with no charges
If you wish to cancel an order please do so immediately via telephone. You will not be charged any penalty and your payment method will also be cancelled, if your order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel your order.
Lost items after dispatch:
We are unable to report an item as missing until 15 working days after the shipment date, this rule is set by our delivery courier services. An item is not deemed as lost until after this time and a full investigation will be carried out by our client services team and the courier service. Any item deemed as lost once leaving the SWAY HQ may be refunded or replaced at the discretion of SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited.
Our terms and conditions will be governed by, and in accordance with English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. The goods sold on www.swayhairextensions.com to trade customers are sold as ‘trade’, not covered by legislation that protects ‘non trade’ consumers.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
- Royal Mail 48 (2/3 working days) £5.95 -this option is tracked and Royal Mail aim to deliver the majority of items within two working days, with a small minority within three working days.
- DPD Express Next Working Day Delivery £6.95 -this option is tracked and DPD aim to deliver the majority of items by the next working day, with a small minority within two working days.
- DPD Express Next Working Day before noon Delivery £10.95
- DPD Express Saturday Delivery £19.00
- Overseas Delivery Available On Request – Order before 1pm
Please Note: Whilst our couriers make best endeavours to achieve delivery of the vast majority within the stated timescales, the above services are not guaranteed.

3pm for Royal Mail and DPD (Mon- Fri)
1pm for International/Northern Ireland shipping
All orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday (excluding any UK bank holidays) .

A Faulty Goods Hair Report Form is required on receipt of any faulty product returned to SWAY Hair Extensions. If a product is received without any paper work this will not be processed until the correct Faulty Goods Hair Report is received. Failure to provide the completed paperwork within 90 days will result in the goods being destroyed. We will acknowledge your Faulty Goods Hair Report within 48 hours of receipt and all ‘faulty goods’ will be resolved within 30 days.
SWAY Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for the cost of any product or the delivery charge if returned, in the result of your product being deemed faulty we will offer free delivery on your replacement item.
