Exchanges and Refunds:

No returns or exchanges are applicable to our ‘trade’ accounts, all trade customers are advised when opening their trade account of our company procedure.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order please do so immediately via telephone. You will not be charged any penalty and your payment method will also be cancelled, if your order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel your order.

Lost items after dispatch:

We are unable to report an item as missing until 15 working days after the shipment date. This rule is set by our delivery courier services. An item is not deemed as lost until after this time and will not be replaced or refunded until a full investigation has been carried out by our distribution team and the courier service.

Our terms and conditions will be governed by, and in accordance with English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. The goods sold on www.swayhairextensions.com to trade customers are sold as ‘trade’, not covered by legislation that protects ‘non trade’ consumers.

  • Royal Mail 48 (2/3 working days) £5.95
  • DPD Express Next Day Delivery  £8.95
  • DPD Express Saturday Delivery  £19.00
  • Overseas Delivery Avaliable On Request – Order before 2pm
  • Royal Mail 48 (Mon-Sat) [Signature Required]  – this option is tracked and Royal Mail aim to deliver the majority of items within two working days, with a small minority within three working days.

Please Note: Whilst Royal Mail make best endeavours and achieve delivery of the vast majority within the stated timescales, the above service is not guaranteed. If you require this, one of the following options should be chosen.

  • DPD Express Next Day Delivery – this option is guaranteed delivery the following day. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery.
  • DPD Saturday Express – this option is for orders placed before 3pm on a Friday and is guaranteed delivery the following day (Saturday). A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery.

  • For our Faulty Goods policy please email tom@swayhairextensions.com stating the subject as ‘Faulty Goods Hair Report’

A Faulty Goods Hair Report Form is required on receipt of any faulty product returned to SWAY Hair Extensions. If a product is received without any paper work this will not be processed until the correct Faulty Goods Hair Report is received. Failure to provide the completed paperwork within 90 days will result in the goods being destroyed. We will acknowledge your Faulty Goods Hair Report within 48 hours of receipt and all ‘faulty goods’ will be resolved within 30 days.

SWAY Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for the cost of any product or the delivery charge if returned, in the result of your product being deemed faulty we will offer free delivery on your replacement item.
