SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited T/A SWAY Hair Extensions (“swayhairextensions.com”) owns and operate this Website. This document governs your relationship with swayhairextensions.com (“Website”). Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, these may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
SALE and PAYMENT
By placing an order on swayhairextensions.com you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to our general T&C’s. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. Your financial & identity protection is our most important priority. That is why we process all payments through SAGEPAY, which is one of the safest & most secure payment processing systems in the world.
ORDER RESTRICTIONS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Prior to shipping, we reserve the right to decline, reject or similarly cancel any order or part order without notice and refund any payment in full. All goods remain the property of SWAY Hair Extensions until paid for in full.
Direct customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling off period of fourteen days, we will happily refund any returned items within this time if the SWAY hologram label is still in place, we do not allow exchanges. Please keep in mind that you have purchased a hygiene product and due to the nature of this product, we require the item to be unopened and returned in its original state failure to do this will result in the item being returned to the client at their cost.
Returns or Exchanges are not permitted for Trade Customers and sold as ‘trade’, if you return a product/item to us without prior consent from a member of our team the item will be returned to the billed clients within 7 days of receipt, alternatively the billed client will be charged an ‘In Stock Fee’ to the value of £10.00/€15.00 per item
It is essential you take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item if returned, must be in its original shipped condition and original undamaged packaging. Please note all hair must be returned with the gold/silver tie not cut, you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Any refunds granted will be actioned within 14 days on receipt of product to our warehouse.
Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be returned to the billed clients within 7 days of receipt, a reason for this decision will be provided. We will return the returned goods back to you at your cost and payment for postage will be required before dispatched with our customer services team on 0345 11 20 400, if the payment is not made within 91 calendar days the item will be destroyed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES
We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the site, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.
While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.
Please be advised that our standard international postage charges are billed at a packaging weight of 0-5KG, anything over this SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited may require the client/trade customer to pay any additional delivery fees.
COLOUR RING/COLOUR MATCHING
We make every effort to ensure our shades consistently match our Salon Professional Colour Ring, however our Salon Professional hair range is 100% Human Hair products and an organic product and as such there can occasionally be a slight variation in shade or tone between batches. Any returns due to colour, style or quality are only eligible if the item is returned to us unopened and in its original condition, we would always recommended colour matching before application to ensure the colour match is as required. In the unlikely event this is the case then please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange a return. (Please note all hair must be returned with the gold/silver tie not cut, you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse)
We make every effort to display our colour shades as accurately as possible on this website. We cannot guarantee that all computer monitors will display our hair colours as accurately as we would hope. If any of our products appear to be faulty on delivery please report to our customer services team within 48 hours, these items will then be requested to be returned to SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited for further inspection with our quality assurance team. It is essential that all products must be returned in its original shipped condition and original undamaged packaging, removing the product from the gold/silver tie or seal you are confirming the product is fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality.
In the unlikely event you or your client is not happy with our products a Faulty Goods Hair Report Form is required, this form is required on receipt of any faulty product returned to SWAY Hair Extensions. If a product is received without any paper work this will not be processed until the correct Faulty Goods Hair Report is received. Failure to provide the completed paperwork within 91 days will result in the goods being destroyed. We will acknowledge your Faulty Goods Hair Report within 48 hours of receipt and all ‘faulty goods’ will be resolved within 30 days.
If your client is unsatisfied with the quality of product/service received we will ask for full product removal and returned in its current condition, SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited will only be liable for the product returned to the quality assurance team and not the original order within 7 days of reported fault. If your product is deemed faulty by SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited the returned stock only will be exchanged if outside 30 days. If your product is deemed faulty due to client neglect please request the product return within 14 days of confirmation alternatively it will be destroyed.
Any returns due to colour, style or quality are only eligible if the item is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.
CONSULTATION FORM, SWAY HAIRCARE and AFTERCARE GUIDELINES; By trading with SWAY Hair Extensions (Trade) Limited you are agreeing to the below statements:
As of 1st January 2018 it is a minimum trade requirement that all stylists/salons/clients sign the SWAY consultation form to have a clear understanding of the salon services, methods and SWAY aftercare guidelines (this is the responsibility of the SWAY account holder). SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited will not be held responsible/liable for any product/order if this document has not been completed and signed by the account holder and client.
This document is an agreement that your client will upkeep all maintenance and aftercare advice from the stylist/salon to ensure longevity and condition of their SWAY Hair Extensions while using SWAY Haircare.
As of 15th February 2018 all trade accounts are required to show/offer the SWAY haircare collection. You and your client must sign a SWAY consultation form to confirm you are agreeing that SWAY aftercare guidelines are understood and will be followed. In the event you/or the client decides against the purchase of the SWAY aftercare products we can not be held responsible for any SWAY Hair Extension products after 30 days of original purchase. Any hair care will be guaranteed for a further 12 weeks after the purchasing date if the SWAY Haircare has been purchased on the original order – no exceptions. SWAY Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for the cost of any product or the delivery charge if returned and aftercare guidelines/haircare not followed.
The SWAY Haircare care guide will be sent with every order, SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited can not be held responsible for any situation that may arise which may effect the quality of your product due to not following our company guidelines.
IMAGES MAY NOT BE RE-DISPLAYED ON ANOTHER WEBSITE WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER AND SWAY HAIR EXTENSIONS.
By using #SLAYwithSWAY you grant us (SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited) an unlimited, non-exclusive, assignable, sub licensable, perpetual and worldwide right to use the photo/photos that you post or have posted on Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest with an associated SWAY Hair Extensions hashtag. This means that we have the right to use the photo/photos with such a hashtag as digital or non-digital content. That usage might, for instance comprise their use in our online shop, in a retail outlet selling SWAY Hair Extension products, in SWAY Hair Extensions newsletters, in posts on SWAY Hair Extensions social networks, in outdoor advertising, on posters and in other promotions. We are not obliged to use the photo/photos, however. You waive any payment for use of the photo/photos in this connection as well as any right to be identified as originator / proprietor of rights.

SWAY Hair Extensions Trade Limited as a result of breach of contract, warranty, indemnity, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, the Company or its subcontractors or suppliers will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, goodwill, use, production, anticipated savings, expenses, costs or similar loss; and/or or any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, speculative, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, or claims of the purchaser’s customers for any of the foregoing damages and the purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the company from any such claims of the purchaser’s customers.
